Portable 50 Cubic Meters Per Hour Drum Mobile Concrete Batching Plant JZM1000, is one kind of highly integration concrete mixing plant. It is designed for customer which need to change working site frequently. All components is fixed on the chassis of concrete mixing plant, and it is with wheel which is easily for movement. This plant is completely equipped with concrete batching system, mixing system, weighing system and fully automatic control system. It occupy less plan and it is suitable for medium and small project like water and electricity, road construction, port, bridge etc, such movable engineering construction project.
Concrete mixing system:JZM1000 drum concrete mixer.
Aggregate system:PLD1200-2 bins, as volume 7m³×2.
Weighing system: water, cement and additive support equipment.
Control System:The control system of mixing station is equipped with precise batching machine equipment, which can control several independent batching lines at the same time.
