4 Hoppers Cement HZS180 Concrete Batching Plant, 180 M3/H Ready Mix Batching Plant can work independently and also can work together with PLD serial batching machine to make up 180 concrete batching plant, applicable for various large, medium and small sized precast components factory, as well as large industrial and civil construction projects of road, bridge, water conservancy and dock. JS3000 mixer can be combined with corresponding types of batching machines to make up large commercial concrete batching plant and double concrete batching plant with high power and high productivity.
With feed aggregate continuously, which improves the production efficiency greatly. Mainly composed of PLD4800 batching machine, JS3000 concrete mixer, cement silos, automatic computer control system, electronic weighing, screw conveyor etc.With closed type belt feeding system, belt tension system and cleaning system, the service life of equipment largely increases. The feeding system angle can be designed from 18°to 90° as per the work site landscape to meet the customers’ requirements on both budget and project.
