Mixing System of HZS60 Belt Type Concrete Batching Plant
JS1000 twin shaft compulsory concrete mixer by feeding, mixing, the composition of the discharge, water, electric, cover, chassis, legs and other parts. Mixing system is directly connected by a planetary reducer, open gears, mixing tank, stirring device, oil installations and other components.

PLD1600 with 3bins or 4bins batching machine, The optimum vibration lining panel structure with large inclined angular and concentric needle arch design, adjustable pressure reducing plate ensures loading efficiency, stable performance, safe production and convenient use.
Weighting System of HZS60 Belt Type Concrete Batching Plant
In accordance with the national standards of measurement and weighing, sand and gravel from the loader into the concrete batching machine, after measuring, aggregate will be conveyed by belt conveyor(or hopper hoist) into the middle of the mixer located in the middle of warehouse.
Weighing system adopts S-shaped sensor and three-point mounted weighing for fast weigh and high accuracy.
Cement Silo of HZS60 Belt Type Concrete Batching Plant
The cement silo is stored with powder materials, such as cement, fly ash, etc. The powder is communicated with the ash inlet pipe through the bulk cement delivery truck and is directly fed into the powder bin to be stored, finally conveyed to concrete mixer by screw conveyor.

2)The belt conveyor allows the friction between the conveyor belt and the transmission wheel to prevent the conveyor belt from slipping while adjusting the effect of the change in conveyor belt length.
3)An emergency stop switch which located on the head and tail of the beltis used as a safety device while the conveyor belt is in operation. It can stop the belt from operating in the event of a failure or accident in the belt drive.
